Quand l’art devient un espace d’expression et de partage pour les femmes de Yatchegbo

At Yatchegbo's centers, our support also takes the form of creative, shared, and artistic moments. Music and art become spaces where women can come together, develop their creativity, and make their voices heard.

During rehearsals for the concert held on March 6 at the Institut Français du Bénin, the women from our centers took part in a photo shoot alongside artist Vanille Gillann and helped prepare the show. Between laughter, conversation, and artistic experimentation, these moments captured the energy of a collective project taking shape — and the bond formed along the way.

A few days later, on March 6, to mark International Women's Rights Day, the Institut Français du Bénin hosted Dikhorndra, a concert led by artist Vanille Gillann, in collaboration with Fatb_98, Fifame, and the women supported by our shelters.

This artistic journey speaks to the power of creativity as a tool for empowerment, self-confidence, and connection. A human encounter carried by music, mentorship, and a shared commitment to giving women's voices a central place.
